I have three offices to rent for various days of the week.
TERMS: I will require that you have an endorsement for me on your liability insurance.
This usually costs about $25.
These offices are available only for therapists and related fields.
Advantages of sub-letting an office from me:
- I don't take a percentage of what you make. Rent is a flat fee.
- Flexibility: You run your practice your way.
- Convenience: Offices are available Monday - Friday, 8 am to 7 pm. During those times you come and go as you please, and maintain your own schedule.
- Low overhead: Rent includes furnishings, utilities, wi-fi, a break room with a microwave and mini-fridge, and a nice waiting room with cooler.
- A quiet place away from the home office which, let's face it, if you have a busy family may not always be as quiet as you'd like.
- Good location! Sprouts, Walgreens, and several decent restaurants all within walking distance.
There is a back door to the suite (upper left) which should only be used by staff.
